All orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding some holidays). Ghettoff ships all packages via UPS and offers three shipping methods for your convenience.

*Orders shipping to HI, AK, and APO can take between 2-3 weeks when using the UPS SurePost shipping method. This is based on the UPS and US Postal Service partnership and not Ghettoff.

Your order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days after the order is placed - excluding weekends and holidays. Please keep this in mind when choosing Next-Day or 2-Day shipping.
You will receive an Order Confirmation email when your order is processed, which will include your UPS tracking number. Make sure to have your order number, email address and the billing zip code for your order.
RETURNS
Due to the intimate nature of the product line, returning a product is not possible. However, in the unlikely event you receive a defective product, you may exchange the defective product within 10 days of your invoice date to receive a duplicate item. Sorry, no merchandise credit can be issued.
TO EXCHANGE A DEFECTIVE ITEM
Call Customer Service at 1-424-800-2331 to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Write your RMA number on the product’s original packaging. (Sorry, returns cannot be accepted without an RMA number prominently displayed on the exterior of the packaging containing the defective item. Packages without an RMA number will be returned to sender.) Package the product and all batteries and accessories that came with your product. Be sure to include a copy of your original invoice and circle the listing of the product that is defective.
