Our strong germ-killing cleanser has been designed to gently disinfect erotic toys and sex toys. The cleaner comes in a convenient 4-ounce bottle with an ergonomic pump action foaming nozzle for direct application. The water-based cleaner will ensure that your favorite latex, rubber, TPE, and silicone toys last a long time, allowing you to enjoy a long relationship with them.

You will receive an Order Confirmation email when your order is processed, which will include your UPS tracking number. Make sure to have your order number, email address and the billing zip code for your order.

RETURNS

Due to the intimate nature of the product line, returning a product is not possible. However, in the unlikely event you receive a defective product, you may exchange the defective product within 10 days of your invoice date to receive a duplicate item. Sorry, no merchandise credit can be issued.

TO EXCHANGE A DEFECTIVE ITEM

Call Customer Service at 1-424-800-2331 to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Write your RMA number on the product’s original packaging. (Sorry, returns cannot be accepted without an RMA number prominently displayed on the exterior of the packaging containing the defective item. Packages without an RMA number will be returned to sender.) Package the product and all batteries and accessories that came with your product. Be sure to include a copy of your original invoice and circle the listing of the product that is defective.
